Step 1: Outer / Middle / Inner Slides Roll Forming (Material Coil – Decoiling – Feeding – Roll Forming – Straightening – Punching & Cut-Off).

Step 2: Ball Cage Production (Motor Decoiling - Feeding - Punching & Cutting).

Step 3: Auto Ball Assembling (Middle Slide, Ball Cage & Steel Balls; And Adding Grease).

Step 4: Manually Assemble Middle Slide Stopper.

Step 5: Outer Slide Oiling (Adding Lubricant Grease).

Step 6: Inner Slide Riveting (Inner Slide & Rivet & Plastic Lock).

Step 7: Ball Pressing (Plastic Strip & Steel Balls).

Step 8: Manual Assembling (Outer & Middle & Inner Slides & Plastic Strips).

Step 9: QC Adjusting (Check Slide’s Smoothness For Loosing Or Tightening).

Step 10: Outer Slide End Bending & Fit End Rubber.

Step 11: Finished Drawer Slides For Packing.
